ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, automate, and scale personalized customer journeys across our portfolio of web and mobile subscription products. You’ll own the full retention and revenue recovery strategy — building data‑driven, automated journeys that maximize customer value and reduce churn.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — combining creativity with analytics to ensure every customer interaction is relevant, timely, and meaningful.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and evolve the customer lifecycle strategy across activation, retention, and win‑back.
  • Design and implement automated journeys using ExpertSender, OneSignal, or similar platforms (Braze, Iterable, etc.).
  • Manage email, in‑product, and push notification campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Implement and optimise churn prevention and revenue recovery flows using tools such as Churnkey, Chargebee Retention, or ProsperStack.
  • Partner with Product, MarTech, and Engineering to integrate AI‑powered personalization, predictive churn models, and behaviour‑based triggers.
  • Design and execute A / B tests, holdouts, and multivariate experiments to improve conversion and retention metrics.

Analyze and report on key KPIs — including activation, retention, churn, LTV, and reactivation — translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth / Product Marketing.
  • Proven success improving activation, retention, and revenue (Pirate Metrics Framework - AARRR).
  • Hands‑on experience with tools like Braze, ExpertSender, OneSignal, or similar.
  • Experience with subscription and product‑led growth (PLG) models.
  • Familiarity with churn management and retention platforms (e.g., Churnkey, Chargebee Retention, ProsperStack).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and attribution tools to measure funnel performance and customer behaviour.
  • Experience integrating AI / ML‑driven personalization or churn prediction models is a strong plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally across product, design, engineering, and data.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
