We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, automate, and scale personalized customer journeys across our portfolio of web and mobile subscription products. You’ll own the full retention and revenue recovery strategy — building data‑driven, automated journeys that maximize customer value and reduce churn.
This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — combining creativity with analytics to ensure every customer interaction is relevant, timely, and meaningful.
Analyze and report on key KPIs — including activation, retention, churn, LTV, and reactivation — translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.
