Formación

• You are a qualified lawyer authorized to practice in Spain.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience working in-house is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice in various fields of law.
• Support the Management team in developing go-to-market strategies.
• Advise and represent the company in legal proceedings.

Your Tasks:

1. Provide legal advice in various fields of law, primarily focusing on marketing compliance, advertising law, medical law, competition law, GDPR, privacy and IT law, consumer protection legislation, and regulations concerning professional law.
2. Work closely with a global legal team.
3. Support the Management team in developing go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
4. Advise on and represent the company in legal proceedings and litigations; draft pleadings.
5. Handle dispute resolution with customers.
6. Draft contracts, terms and conditions, and consent declarations.
7. Research legal issues related to products, customer complaints, and regulatory matters.

Your Skills:

• You are a qualified lawyer authorized to practice in Spain.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience working in-house in a regulated environment is highly desirable.
• You are curious, challenge the status quo, and are a strategic thinker.
• You possess a strong commercial approach and industry experience.
• You are well organized and capable of managing projects independently.
• You are comfortable working in a complex legal environment with high standards.
• You have litigation experience and strategic intelligence.
• You are disciplined and growth-oriented, eager to learn and think outside the box.
• You are fluent in English, with proficiency in legal English.
• Knowledge of Portuguese regulation is a plus.
