We are seeking a skilled legal professional to support our business in Barcelona, Spain.

Your key responsibilities will include providing expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters, compliance, intellectual property rights, employment law, GDPR, and contract review.

You will work closely with our teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, conduct investigations into whistleblowing cases, and assist with the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments, and provide training and advice to colleagues on compliance, ethics, and best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor with three years' post-qualification experience to contribute to the success of our business.
