Your role at Yuki

Join us as the Team Lead for Team Mobile and play a crucial role in advancing our team's success in developing Yuki’s mobile application. As Team Lead, you'll foster a vibrant and collaborative atmosphere that thrives on open communication and mutual trust. Mentor your team with enthusiasm, sparking their professional growth and elevating their skills. Further, you're going to support seamless project execution by eliminating obstacles and championing agile practices. Next to this, you'll actively engage in coding tasks, contributing your technical expertise to support both projects and the team.

• Team Management: Oversee team availability and wellbeing by ensuring optimal team composition. This entails coordinating with the Software Development Manager and HR to effectively communicate any needs. Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new team members, ensuring they integrate smoothly and are well-prepared to contribute.
• Growth Facilitation: You will assist developers in enhancing their skills or connecting with helpful contacts, monitor for obstacles and facilitate their removal, frequently give and solicit feedback, and set personal goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work with teams across various functions to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Agile Leadership: You'll guide the team in adopting agile practices, leading agile ceremonies, and boosting overall efficiency.
• Technical Engagement: Actively engage with coding tasks, leveraging your technical expertise to contribute to projects and support your team, while also taking the lead on initiatives.

What are we looking for

• A strong Software Development background (e.g. C#, Python)
• Experience leading and/or managing engineering teams;
• Strong organizational and planning skills;
• Desirable experience working in Agile Development;
• Able to operate with autonomy;
• Strong communicational skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Flutter is a nice to have.
