Your Function

Operation Risk Incident Management (ORM)

• Centralize information related to Op Risk Incidents and ensure proper recording in Archer, in compliance with policies.
• Support 1LoR teams in investigating incidents to identify root causes and develop remediation plans.
• Monitor the execution of remediation plans by 1LoR teams.
• Lead drafting of Incident Learning Reports for incidents above €500K impact and conduct deep dive analyses when needed.
• Provide reports to the Local Risk Committee on Op Risk status.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist teams in adjusting risk mitigants.
• Deliver training and raise awareness about operational risk management.
• Interface with Corporate and Regional teams on Op Risk topics.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)

• Coordinate activities to ensure timely BCM deliverables.
• Support 1LoR teams in BCM duties.
• Monitor quality of BCM information in Archer.
• Update the Local Risk Committee on BCM status.
• Coordinate with Corporate & Regional teams on BCM topics.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Ensure timely execution of activities such as Risk Appetite Monitoring, Field Audits, and Outsourcing Risk Reviews.
• Manage the Local Risk Committee processes.

Your Profile

• Higher Education degree (M1 or equivalent) in Business Management, Banking, or Risk Management.
• At least 7 years of experience in Risk Management within banking or consulting/audit firms.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar Operational Risk Management role.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-starter, well-organized, with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in large, multi-country organizations.
• Interest in operational roles with capacity to contribute to higher-level projects.
