Una empresa internacional líder en bebidas energéticas busca un Gerente de Cuentas Clave para gestionar relaciones con franquicias en el sector de Ocio y Viajes. Deberás tener más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión comercial y habilidades analíticas. Este rol implica coordinar con equipos de ventas y marketing para garantizar la implementación correcta de estrategias. Se requiere un nivel de inglés intermedio alto (C1) y se espera un viaje del 30% del tiempo. El puesto es a tiempo completo en Madrid.

Formación

  • 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas en segmentos de Hoteles, Ocio, Viajes o Casino.
  • Red de contactos establecida con tomadores de decisiones clave.
  • Experiencia probada en ventas en campo.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar grupos de franquicias y relaciones comerciales.
  • Implementar fundamentos de ventas fundamentales.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades y prospectar nuevos grupos.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of large franchise groups
  • Establish commercial and personnel relationships with major franchise groups within the Lodging, Casino, Leisure and Travel segments such as NH, Meliá, Orénes, Basic-Fit, Parques Reunidos, Port Aventura, Cinesa, Yelmo, Ozone, Ilusiona, Areas Balearia, Transmediterránea, Iberia, Vueling and AVE to ensure the long-term success of Red Bull.
  • Implement core sales fundamentals (distribution, pricing, placements, promotions, etc.).
  • The goal is to be the #1 distributed energy drink across all segments and to lead the Fitness and Commuting occasions in Spain.
  • Be the captain of the Lodging segment by driving distribution and sales growth among top national and regional brands with strong support from the field sales team.
  • Also in charge of the management of the main Travel wholesalers operating in the ferries, cruises, trains and airlines segment.
  • Prospecting work of new franchises groups – Prospect new groups of sales outlets to ensure proper development of our brand at the point of sale.
  • Measure key sales fundamentals and adapt them to maximize growth potential.
  • Ensure the delivery of customer-tailored concepts that create win-win partnerships.
  • Identify new opportunities and build databases to map the real universe within these segments.
  • Collaborate closely with other KAMs both from Red Bull and from our wholesale partners.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with Marketing & the On-Premise Trade Marketing Channel Manager to guarantee correct implementation of company strategies within these segments.
  • Manage the budgets allocated to these franchise groups effectively.
  • Analyze and identify opportunities through UVE and the distributors operating within the aforementioned segments.
  • Ensure full alignment with field sales teams to guarantee consistent execution in the market.
  • Coordinate KPIs and follow-ups with Area Managers commercial team to ensure proper visit tracking and follow-up of horizontal franchise agreements and implementations.
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing teams to verify proper execution and activations within vertical franchises.
  • Pricing – Manage optimal pricing according to the Key Account channel-specific pricing strategy. Understand each account’s margin requirements. Ensure that new agreements contribute to the profitability of the On-Premise department.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in Account Management within at least one of the following segments: Hotels, Leisure, Travel or Casino.
  • Established network and strong relationships with key decision makers and leading stakeholders across these segments.
  • Proven experience in field sales managing agreements with major key groups.
  • Track record of success within the world of sales.
  • Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution competitor activity and consumer behaviour in an On-Premise context.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Upper‑intermediate level of English (ideally C1) both written and spoken to enable effective alignment and follow‑ups with the Global KAMs of each segment.
