Our Global Quality Assurance team is looking for a Quality Administrator, excited to help drive business forward. This individual will be a dedicated, curious and versatile person with a passion for performance and an eye for detail. The individual will communicate and interact globally with Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing organizations and works independently to maintain systems and address internal and external customer needs.

As part of our Quality Assurance team, this individual will work on maintaining and improving our Quality Systems, communicate cross-functionally with our Quality Organization, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams around the world to meet both internal and external customer needs.

Where You’ll Make a Difference
  • Maintain SAP material master data and related master records.
  • Manage product and safety label documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complete questionnaires.
  • Support and maintain regulatory and quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and Quality specialists on projects and system tasks.
  • Contribute to and update various Quality Systems databases.
  • Assist in customer complaint investigations.
  • Create and submit Process Change Requests and Product Deviation Requests.
  • Support product registration activities and collaborate with team members.
What Makes You The Right Fit
  • Degree in business or technical field, or equivalent experience—preferably with a background in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
  • Experience using SAP, LIMS, SharePoint, and Lotus Notes databases.
  • Knowledge of biotechnology, fermentation industry, and related regulations.
  • Strong technical writing skills preferred; minimum conversational English required.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Quality Administrator with solid customer quality skills.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in common office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Proficient at managing information, data and systems.

  • Demonstrated engagement in team meetings and participating in larger projects, this remote and face to face.
  • Ability to train and guide Customer Quality staff across global regions and collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with team members and stakeholders located in various global regions.
