Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, the role involves working on both the frontend and backend of the platform, contributing to features that directly impact how developers use Dash, our core product. Collaboration with product engineers, designers, and platform experts is essential to deliver performant, intuitive, and scalable solutions.

In addition, the role also collaborates on client projects to support their specific technical needs.

What you will do

• Design and develop features across the stack, from backend APIs to frontend interfaces.
• Translate product ideas into working software through small, testable changes.
• Build reusable, well‑tested code and contribute to documentation and reviews.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and internal services to extend platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with platform engineers to keep CI/CD fast, deployments reliable, and security by default.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a self-driven engineer with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for automation. Key qualifications include:

• Technical skills: Experience with JavaScript, and TypeScript for modern frontend development. Backend development experience with Java, Go or Python. Working knowledge of relational databases and database design principles.
• Infrastructure: Understanding of AWS, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Docker for CI/CD workflows. Familiarity with containerized environments and basic deployment automation.
• Development tools: Comfortable with AI-assisted development and vibe coding approaches using tools like Cursor or similar IDEs. Experience with modern development workflows and collaborative coding practices.
• Communication: Clear, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills. Able to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Startup mindset: Strong adaptability and resilience in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to work effectively in a small, motivated team.
• Client-focused: Strong commitment to understanding client needs, providing technical guidance, and collaborating to improve their development and deployment processes.
• Experience with frameworks like Vue or React, or backends like Node.js is a plus.
