This is marketing with a mission. We're looking for a data-driven performance marketer to join our Employer Branding team and help us attract the best talent to AUTO1 Group.


Forget selling products; you'll be selling careers. Your expertise in paid advertising will directly shape our company's future by connecting the right people to the right jobs. This role is part of our People (HR) department, where you will partner directly with Talent Acquisition teams to understand their most critical hiring needs and build campaigns that deliver a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Job Description
  • Execute Talent Attraction Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok to attract candidates for high-priority roles across Europe.

  • Define & Target Audiences: Analyze hiring needs to build custom target audiences and funnels for a wide variety of roles – from software engineers to car inspectors.

  • Optimize Campaign Performance: A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness and ensure a strong return on investment.

  • Manage Budgets & Analyze Data: Oversee campaign budgets and analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with your colleagues in the Employer Branding team on creative strategy and explore new channels to keep our talent attraction efforts ahead of the curve.

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing paid campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

  • A genuine interest in the people side of business – experience in recruitment marketing or lead generation for diverse audiences is a major plus.

  • High proficiency in English, our company's working language.
