Overview

Join Us in Sunny Barcelona as a French-Speaking Customer Service Representative!

Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing efficient and solution-oriented support
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, especially in audiovisual, music, and connectivity fields
  • Record and manage all call details in the system, delivering timely resolutions within SLAs
  • Collaborate with team members, and provide support across teams to ensure seamless service
  • Escalate issues when necessary to senior support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution
What We're Looking For
  • Language Proficiency: C2/ fluent French and a strong command of English (B2 level or above)
  • Experience: At least 1 year in customer service, preferably in technical support
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of signal connectivity, wireless networking, music, and AV products
  • Customer Focus: Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to solving customer needs
  • Team Player: Ability to take ownership of issues and work collaboratively to resolve them
