We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist in System Integration to join our Service Operation Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the integration, maintenance, and optimization of our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and high availability. This role requires a proactive individual with good technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

YOUR TASKS:


  • System Integration: Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems to support business operations.

  • Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and security, implementing improvements as needed.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to ensure cohesive system integration and support.

  • Compliance: Ensure all systems comply with relevant standards and regulations, including KRITIS and DORA guideline

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:


  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in system integration, preferably in a Service Operation Center environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in system integration tools and technologies, including but not limited to:

    • Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS

    • Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN

    • Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V

    • Cloud Services: AWS, Azure

    • Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption



  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and development. Also important to be ready to work in shift system 24/7.
