We are looking for an IT Junior to join our team and provide day-to-day IT support across the company. This is a hands-on role where the selected candidate will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our hardware, software, and network infrastructure run smoothly

The role is designed for someone who is at the beginning of their IT career and eager to learn.We value a genuine passion for technology, a proactive attitude, and the willingness to grow within a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support to users (in person, remote, and via ticketing system).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (workstations, laptops, peripherals).
  • Perform basic software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Support networking fundamentals (connectivity, printers, shared resources).
  • Assist with VPN configuration and remote access support.
  • Gain exposure to IT security and infrastructure tools (Cisco firewalls, Citrix environments).
  • Document issues and solutions within the ticketing system.
  • Ensure good communication and user satisfaction when resolving requests.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Spanish knowledge (optional but valued).
  • Passion for IT, with curiosity to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems (Windows, MacOS).
  • Awareness of IT security principles and willingness to develop further.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills when assisting users.
