MISSION

We are seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize on-site installation tools based on wind turbine characteristics and requirements from the installation perspective in order to optimize costs, quality, safety, and installation processes.

YOUR TASKS

• Manage installation tools development projects from concept through industrialization (design, prototype, manufacturing and industrialization).
• Engage with and manage suppliers to design and manufacture installation tool bases.
• Create technical specifications to list the features that the installation tool must fulfill, aligning with the assigned installation process engineer.
• Perform design reviews, FMEAs and other critical technical deliverables.
• Create operating instructions for installation tools.
• Manage creation of SAP numbers and link all technical documentation in PDM.
• Identify and manage the installation tooling list required for projects under construction based on the wind turbine model.
• Support the sourcing team with technical questions regarding installation tools.
• Support on-site validations of installation tools.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement measures.

YOUR PROFILE

• Complementary training in CAD‑PLM (Teamcenter, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP.
• Teamwork and close relationship with other departments, multicultural interactions, lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best.
• Languages: English (high level).
• Experience: having 1–3 years in a similar position in the wind industry.
• Availability to travel (20% annually).
