About the Role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll own the end-to-end development of product features that drive real impact for our clients and their teams:

• Frontend: Build responsive, accessible interfaces using Next.js, TypeScript, and SCSS.
• Backend: Design and implement APIs and services using Fastify and Node.js.
• Infrastructure: Deploy, monitor, and scale our platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Databases: Model and work with non-relational databases like MongoDB or similar.

You’ll work closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, data-driven features that help users take control of their health.

Technical Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, SCSS
• Databases: MongoDB, Firestore, or similar

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in web development, ideally in fast-paced SaaS or health-tech environments.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React / Next.js, Node.js, and SCSS.
• Experience with Fastify or similar backend frameworks.
• Solid understanding of non-relational databases.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, especially Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with software architecture principles (e.g., Clean Architecture, DDD).
• A strong product mindset—you care about the why behind the what.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in fast-growing startups or early-stage teams.
• Experience working in or with healthcare or wellness.
• Passion for testing (unit / integration / e2e).

Short-Term Goals:

In your first few months, you'll focus on high-impact initiatives that will strengthen the foundation of our platform and accelerate delivery:

• Improve the visual design and UX – Elevate the interface quality and ensure consistency across all user journeys.
• Implement access control and user roles – Set up granular permissions to support enterprise use cases.
• Strengthen security controls – Review and enhance security practices to ensure compliance and user trust.
