A leading consultancy in talent acquisition is seeking an HR professional to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training, and ensuring compliance with Spanish labor laws. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant degree, 3–5 years of HR experience, and is fluent in English and Spanish. This role offers a hybrid work model and flexible compensation packages.

Formación

  • 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or HR Business Partner position.
  • Proven experience across the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and compensation & benefits.
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish employment law; knowledge of Portuguese labor law is a plus.

  • Ensure an excellent end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and pre-onboarding processes.
  • Monitor mandatory training compliance and support development plans.
  • Support performance review cycles and goal-setting processes.

  • University degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, or Business Administration, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • ~ Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Spanish : native or full professional proficiency.
  • Portuguese is an asset.
