A global packaging leader in Barcelona is seeking a multi-site HR Manager to oversee two plants in Spain. This role requires 10+ years of experience in HR, with responsibilities including guiding managers, leading HR processes, and promoting employee engagement. Role Summary
The multi-site HR Manager is the HR leader responsible for our 2 Paper Bags plants in Spain (Abrera, close to Barcelona, and Aranguren, close to Bilbao), ~200 employees. The role leads a small team to help drive a positive and productive culture, build an environment of trust and accountability and deliver HR excellence and process improvement. This role is the primary point of contact for the managers and employees and provides expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and performance and talent management, talent development and learning, compensation, conflict management, employee relations and leadership coaching. The multi-site HR Manager executes the HR strategy in support of the client’s business objectives and the Mondi HR strategy and objectives and is a connected partner for the sites leadership teams.
