We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our newly created head office in Madrid and play a central role in supporting our operations across Iberia. This is an opportunity to combine strategic impact with hands-on delivery, shaping how we attract, engage, and develop our people in a fast-paced, international environment.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams across multiple countries, building strong partnerships that help translate business goals into meaningful people strategies. You’ll play a key role in creating an inclusive and engaging workplace where individuals and teams can thrive, while also ensuring our practices remain compliant and future-ready.
The role offers exposure to the full spectrum of HR – from recruitment and onboarding, to employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR policy. You’ll have the scope to influence big-picture strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver practical, day-to-day solutions.
