As a Hiring Success Manager, you will advise and guide customers and their employees through the global employment process. Your responsibilities include providing insights on employment laws, ensuring compliant hiring via EoR, updating internal platforms, and managing offboarding when employment ends.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the Onboarding Experience
- Manage a portfolio of employees, overseeing onboarding through our platform.
- Explain global employment requirements, gather documentation, and coordinate with third-party partners for compliance.
- Keep all parties informed of progress.
- Leverage EOR Expertise
- Use your Employer of Record background to guide clients on best practices for global hiring.
- Collaborate with internal knowledge bases and local experts to stay updated on EOR solutions worldwide.
- Maintain Accurate Data
- Ensure all onboarding information is correct and up-to-date.
- Work with global partners to maintain compliance and consistency.
- Champion Continuous Improvement
- Gather user feedback and share insights with the product team.
- Stay informed about product updates to advise clients confidently.
- Resolve Service Issues
- Proactively address onboarding issues, collaborating internally and with local partners for resolution.
What you’ll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support, or Customer Success roles, ideally in SaaS.
- Experience in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility is essential.
