This role will develop strong community ties and host events aimed at attracting diverse applications. A successful candidate will leverage their networking skills and personal contacts, ensuring an exceptional member experience. The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English and a hands-on approach to managing membership metrics and retention strategies.

• High level of personal contacts and networking skills.
• Ability to convert contacts into applications or sales.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full membership lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
• Drive membership applications and ensure high-quality engagement.
• Host events to attract new members and engage existing ones.
• Oversee member behaviour issues and ensure resolution.
• Lead a small team and manage membership metrics.
