Your Career Opportunity

In this exciting role, you will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Working with our Sales, Product Development, and Learner Support teams, you will develop and implement strategies that foster client success, build strong relationships, and maximize value delivery. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic leadership to the Client Success Management team by setting objectives, defining KPIs, and planning the department structure aligned with company goals and financial targets.
  • Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing, client-centric team.
  • Serving as the primary escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication, while advocating for client needs across the organization.
  • Developing and implementing client success strategies focused on satisfaction, retention, and growth, including personalized success plans in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and learner support.
  • Managing and enforcing company policies related to client satisfaction standards and supporting sales efforts through strategies for upselling, cross-selling, and forecasting new programs.

What You'll Offer

  • Proven experience in a customer success leadership role, preferably within EdTech.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German.
  • Deep understanding of client success principles and best practices, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software, familiarity with MS Dynamics is a plus, and an analytical mindset to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
