Formación

  • 5 años de experiencia en gestión de adquisiciones y finanzas, preferiblemente en operaciones aeroportuarias.
  • Capacidad probada para gestionar relaciones y trabajar en proyectos interfuncionales.

Job Purpose

Lead and optimize operations across Vueling’s airports, ensuring efficiency, great service, and seamless processes while driving digital transformation and innovation.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

  1. Manage and follow the budget of all the airports in which Vueling operates.
  2. Manage all airport procurements.
  3. Manage IT / Data systems and lead Innovation & Technology airport projects.
  4. Follow the monthly schedule of airports, including charters.
  5. Organize and manage the team, promoting their development, teamwork, and communication, between their collaborators and the rest of the Company.

Main Relationships

Customer Experience, IT, Data, Legal, IAG, Commercial, Crews, Procurement, Ground Operations, Finance, Suppliers

Education

Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience

  1. 5 years of experience in procurement and financial management (highly desired in airport operations).
  2. Experience in budget management and cost optimization.
  3. Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage teams, and work on cross-functional projects.
  4. Financial know-how.
  5. Contract Management.
