An international project company is seeking a professional for client onboarding and account management in Barcelona. This hybrid role involves introducing customers to Google Ads and ensuring effective platform usage while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong Danish and English language skills, along with experience in sales or marketing. Compensation includes a gross annual salary of €23,876 and a potential bonus of up to €3,408, plus relocation support and health insurance.

What You Will Own
1. Client Onboarding & Account Setup

Introduce new customers to the Google Ads environment.

Support them through account activation, configuration and first-step optimization.

Clarify goals, needs and success metrics.

2. Advisory & Early-Stage Account Management

Offer structured guidance on campaign setup and best practices.

Identify improvement opportunities for early performance wins.

Ensure customers understand how to use the platform effectively.

3. Outbound Sales & Growth Touchpoints

Execute outbound calls to engage new or potential clients.

Identify business needs and recommend suitable Google Ads solutions.

Support upsell opportunities and spending growth within the portfolio.

4. CRM, Insights & Collaboration

Maintain accurate notes and progress in Salesforce.

Share Nordic market insights with team leads and stakeholders.

What Makes You a Strong Match

Danish C2 + English B2+

20 months of experience in sales and / or marketing , ideally client-facing in target-driven environments

Comfortable with phone-based outreach & consultative conversations

Able to work toward KPIs, pipeline metrics and structured onboarding flows

Good understanding of online platforms or advertising tools (experience not mandatory)

Analytical mindset, able to interpret account or campaign data

Proactive, organized, and clear communicator
