Formación

• Experience in defining operational strategy and direction.
• Overseeing GMP manufacturing facility development plans.
• Management of project deadlines and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define operational strategy and direction with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with scientific, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Manage complex GMP manufacturing facility development plans.

Conocimientos

Leadership and managerial experience

Strong experience in product/process development

Collaboration with senior management

Extensive industry experience

Educación

Bsc. in Biology or related Life Science discipline

Msc. or PhD preferred

MBA also desirable
