An international company in essential oils is seeking a Human Resources professional in Sant Just Desvern. You will handle recruitment, implement HR policies, and ensure effective communication with subsidiaries. Formación

Your Role
  • Personnel selection (publication of offers, CV's selection, interviews)
  • Management of the recruitment process and On-Boarding of new recruits
  • Implementation of Human Resources policies and internal communication of these policies
  • Performance appraisals and monitoring of the achievement of set targets
  • Fluid communication with the staff of the subsidiaries
  • Preparation of reports
  • Organisation of internal / corporate company events
  • Entering and updating staff data in the system
  • Management of documentation / record
  • Time management, review of working time records, authorisation of holidays, leave or notification of medical leave, among others.
  • Realization / updating of HR department procedures involving subsidiaries (in the local language of each subsidiary, mainly in English)
Your Skills and Experience
  • At least 2 years previous experience in the Human Resources department, preferably in international companies.
  • Higher education in Business Administration, Labour Relations or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable.
  • Essential high level of English.
  • Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
