A dynamic FMCG brand is seeking a Sales Executive to drive market expansion across Europe, North America & Latin America. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience and be skilled in building distributor relationships. This role demands strong negotiation abilities and a passion for health and wellness. If you thrive under pressure and seek to make an international impact, we want you on our team.

Formación

  • 3–5+ years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in energy drinks or wellness products.
  • Existing network of distributors/retailers in target regions is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and partners.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets managing the full sales cycle.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Track local trends and consumer behavior.
  • Educate partners on product knowledge and brand stories.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance analysis.

Conocimientos

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
