Your Mission

As a Google Ads Sales Executive, you will act as a digital consultant for German-speaking clients and agency partners, helping them elevate their online marketing strategies with innovative advertising solutions. You will play a key role in driving business growth across EMEA while building strong relationships and delivering tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with businesses and agencies to understand their marketing needs and offer tailored Google Ads solutions
  • Use a consultative sales approach to help clients maximise their ROI and scale their campaigns efficiently
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships via phone, video, and email
  • Stay informed on Googles latest advertising products, best practices, and market trends

What We Are Looking For

  • Native-level German (C2) and fluency in English
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • A proven track record in sales or digital advertising
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and client success
