Formación

YOUR ROLE
  • You will respond to all incoming customer enquiries before, during and after booking by email and telephone
  • You will handle complaints
  • You will collect feedback from our customers, thereby supporting the success of SIXT and contributing your suggestions for improvement
  • You are willing to work shifts, nights, and weekends
YOUR SKILLS
  • Language skills with fluent German and very good English (B2 or higher).
  • Customer experience with proven ability in delivering excellent service.
  • Communication with strong skills, empathy, and enjoyment in partner and customer interaction.
  • Problem-solving with quick reactions to new situations and strong analytical ability.
  • Technical proficiency with confidence in using PC and Microsoft Office.
