The Profile:

  • Proficient in German and English (C1 level)
  • Goal-oriented, excited to expand the sales pipeline
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to discuss business challenges and articulate value propositions clearly
  • Experience in business development, sales, or customer service
  • Knowledge of omnichannel platforms or contact center experience

Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities and attract customer interest
  • Schedule appointments with prospective clients and sales team members
  • Address customer inquiries and ensure follow-up
  • Develop sales strategies based on industry news and trends
  • Monitor competitors’ performance and strategies
  • Record call histories and customer responses accurately
