Formación

  • 2–4 years of outbound B2B sales experience (SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales).
  • Prior experience leading or coaching sales teams.
  • Structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage a team of 3–5 BDRs and drive performance through coaching.
  • Deliver 20–25 high-quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) per month.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Success.
  • Optimize outbound workflows and evolve sales playbooks.
