Overview

Job Title: German Speaking Claims Agent for Financial Insurances

We are looking for a talented and skilled professional to join our team as a Claims Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling claims and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have native-level German language skills and good English or Spanish language proficiency. Previous experience in administration or back-office work is also required.

• Ensure timely resolution of problems and provide direction to partners for issue resolution.
