Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services, offering accurate and relevant information.
  • Track and follow up on customer interactions to ensure effective communication.
  • Manage and resolve customer requests within the designated timeframes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to the companys standards.
  • Uphold the companys image by delivering high-quality service to customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C2 level); a native level is highly preferred.
  • Advanced English skills (minimum B2 level); a test will be conducted during the recruitment process.
  • The position is on-site in Barcelona (no remote work or telecommuting).
  • Valid EU ID or passport to sign a contract in Spain (no visa sponsorship or other permits provided).
  • A clean criminal record will be required.
