This role requires strong communication skills in Spanish and English, as well as the ability to handle multiple conversations daily. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, validating candidates, and presenting them to the internal team. Compensation is based on a base hourly rate plus performance bonuses based on candidate quality and quantity.

We are looking for a fast, proactive freelance recruiter who can efficiently reach out to candidates, speak with them, and motivate them to provide the needed documentation for our clients’ open positions.
Your interviewing experience is less important than your speed, persistence, and ability to connect with people. If you are confident on the phone, organised, and able to handle many conversations per day, this role is perfect for you.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English are essential, as you will be contacting candidates across different regions.
We offer a base hourly rate + performance bonus:
