A Fintech company in Spain is seeking a part-time language expert to handle translation and review of UI, marketing materials, and articles. The ideal candidate should be a native speaker with a high proficiency in English and at least 3 years of localization experience. The role requires strong grammatical understanding and knowledge of Fintech and cryptocurrency. Candidates will be responsible for performing LQA, maintaining glossaries and style guides, and ensuring linguistic accuracy throughout functions.

Formación

• Min. 3 years of experience in localization as a translator, reviewer, or editor.
• Great understanding of grammar, with excellent language skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented; accuracy is crucial.

Responsabilidades

• Translate/review UI, marketing materials, and help articles.
• Perform LQA to ensure language quality.
• Maintain glossary and style guide as required.

Conocimientos

Fluent English

Native language proficiency in French/German/Dutch/Greek/Simplified Chinese

Attention to detail

Knowledge of Fintech and cryptocurrency

Responsibilities

• Weekly workload is 10-15 hours per week
• Translate/ Review UI, marketing materials, help articles and research reports
• Perform LQA to ensure language qualityMaintain glossary and style guide as required
• Fix linguistic bugs as required
• Languages: French/ Canadian/ French/ German/ Dutch/ Greek/ Simplified Chinese

Requirements

• Native speaker with a high level of proficiency in English is a must
• Min. 3 years of experience in localization as a translator, reviewer or editor
• Great understanding of grammar, excellent language skills
• Strong knowledge of Fintech, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and Blockchain
• Extremely detail oriented, as accuracy is required in performing all functions
• Responsive and flexible, able to meet quick turnaround time
