What Will You Do as a Financial Controller?

You’ll join a high-performing international team (15+ nationalities) and report directly to our CFO , who reports directly to the founders — giving you high visibility and direct impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily cash flows , ensuring liquidity and optimizing operations
• Optimize our €20M+ credit line with BBVA , e.g., by increasing eligibility rate of salary advances
• Ensure data consistency across all platforms (accounting, conciliation, PSPs, etc.)
• Own and maintain Management Accounts , ensuring alignment with Statutory Accounts and internal metrics
• Verify and align Financial Statements with external advisory firms
• Handle transfer pricing across all Payflow Group entities
• Support financial audits and due diligence
• Propose and implement tax / fiscal efficiency initiatives
• Drive cost-saving strategies aligned with finance team goals

What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone smart, driven, and ambitious , who is excited to help us grow and tackle challenges.

Must-Haves :

• 5+ years as a Financial Controller , auditor , or similar accounting role
• Detail-oriented and well-structured
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
• Experience with multi-currency consolidation and audits
• Familiarity with Holded is a plus
