Field Marketing Manager

to take ownership of the Spanish market. This is a unique opportunity to join a scaling business at a pivotal stage and play a key role in driving brand visibility, local activation, and commercial growth.

Role
  • Develop and execute a marketing and communication plan for the Spanish market, aligned with global strategy and sales targets
  • Plan, organize, and attend physical and virtual events to strengthen the brand and generate leads
  • Identify and manage collaborations with associations and partners to expand market presence
  • Create and run email marketing campaigns linked to events, publications, and promotions while managing databases and mailing lists
  • Produce, adapt, and localize marketing and sales enablement materials, including brochures, case studies, white papers, presentations, newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and social media content
  • Support the execution of larger global campaigns and initiatives at a local level
  • Track, measure, and report on activities to ensure continuous improvement
You
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Experience working closely with sales organizations to drive growth
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Proactive, innovative, and hands-on mindset
  • Availability to work full-time from the Madrid office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with professional fluency in English
