Real Estate Agent Wanted – Notar Estepona

Notar Estepona is expanding and we are now looking for an experienced real estate agent to join our team in Estepona and the surrounding areas. We are part of Notar – a Swedish franchise and the winner of “Most Homes Sold” in Sweden six years in a row, now bringing the same successful model to Costa del Sol.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with documented experience in property sales on the Costa del Sol. You are professional, self-driven, and skilled at building trust with both buyers and sellers in an international environment.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• A third language is highly valued (e.g., Swedish, French, German, Dutch)
• Proven sales experience on Costa del Sol is mandatory
• Strong local knowledge of Estepona, Marbella, Manilva or nearby areas
• Structured, goal-oriented and service-minded

Employment

• Autónomo (self-employed)

Perfil del candidato

Buscamos a una persona con experiencia demostrable en ventas inmobiliarias en la Costa del Sol. Profesional, autónoma y con gran capacidad para generar confianza entre compradores y vendedores en un entorno internacional.

Requisitos

• Dominio fluido de español e inglés
• Un tercer idioma es muy valorado (por ejemplo: sueco, francés, alemán, neerlandés)
• Experiencia comprobada en ventas en la Costa del Sol (requisito obligatorio)
• Buen conocimiento de la zona: Estepona, Marbella, Manilva o alrededores
• Persona organizada, orientada a objetivos y con alto nivel de servicio
