Legal Advisor Job

As a Legal Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the business integrity and legal protection of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert legal advice on matters directly related to the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Review promotional material for compliance with industry codes and regulations.
• Provide commercial and corporate legal advice to all business areas, including contractual drafting, review, and negotiation, as well as strategic corporate operations.
• Advise on data privacy matters, manage and defend industrial and intellectual property assets, and handle litigation legal advice.

Qualifications

• Law degree
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of legal advice
• Proven knowledge of Pharmaceutical Law, industry codes, and Corporate and Commercial Law
• Familiarity with data privacy and intellectual property

Additional Requirements

You will need to communicate fluently in English (Advanced), both orally and in writing. Knowledge of other languages is beneficial but not required. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is crucial.
