Job Opportunity

Our company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple product teams within a SAFe framework focused on SAP Financial System development.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for several product teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.
• Support the Release Train Engineer during SAFe ceremonies and planning events (e.g., PI Planning, PI System Demo).
• Schedule and conduct meetings and ceremonies in accordance with Agile / Scrum software development best practices.
• Identify and resolve cross-team impediments and blockers.
• Responsible for fostering team collaboration, ensuring commitment to sprint objectives, and addressing the needs of the team.
• Coach teams in Agile mindset and practices, continuously improving delivery capabilities and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Product Team Members, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective management.
• Assist in the overall program planning, ensuring that cross-team dependencies are understood and well-reflected in the plans.
• Track and analyze team metrics and KPIs to guide improvements in team dynamics and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required :

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field. A background in information systems, computer science, or business administration is preferred.

Preferred :

• Certified Scrum Master; SAFe Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Proficient in leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and resolving impediments.
• Experienced in working with cross-functional teams in a scaled Agile environment.
• Experience in support of delivery excellence in complex SAP / ERP ecosystems as a plus.

Technical Skills

• Sound understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Familiarity with enterprise IT organization structures and software delivery processes.

General Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused and delivery-driven.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
• Skilled in task prioritization and coordination in cross-functional environments.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English – spoken and written.
• German is desirable but not required.

Professional Skills

• Advanced expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SAFe practices.
• Working knowledge of SAP-related business processes and ERP delivery cycles.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
• Experience with design thinking or other innovation framework.
• Familiarity with agile toolsets (e.g. Jira, MURAL, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Interdisciplinary Skills

• Skilled in facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Self-directed learning and adaptability in fast-changing environment.
• Able to thrive in multicultural and matrixed organizations.
