JR Spain busca un Arquitecto Empresarial para alinear la estrategia de negocio de Santander con la tecnología, asegurando que los objetivos empresariales estén alineados con los aspectos técnicos. Esta posición híbrida en Málaga ofrece un contrato a tiempo completo, un paquete de beneficios que incluye seguros médicos y un entorno multicultural. Se requiere experiencia de más de 4 años en arquitectura empresarial, idealmente en métodos ágiles, con habilidades en análisis de requisitos y diseño de arquitecturas de TI.

• Más de 4 años de experiencia como Arquitecto Empresarial.
• Capacidad para diseñar y mejorar estructuras de TI organizacionales.
• Habilidad para analizar el estado de TI y diseñar planes de migración.

• Alinear la estrategia empresarial con los aspectos tecnológicos.
• Entender las capacidades tecnológicas necesarias.

Role: Enterprise Architect Engineer

Your mission will be to align Santander's business strategy and plans with technology, ensuring that the business goals are aligned with its technical aspects.

What will you be doing?

• Complete understanding of which technology capabilities are needed.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• + 4 years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally on Agile
• Knowledge and ability to design and improve organizational IT structures to support business operations better
• Knowledge and ability to develop and modify enterprise architecture through conceptual, logical, and physical approaches
• Knowledge and ability to analyze IT status and design migration paths/plans to meet future IT needs
• Knowledge about tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis
• Ability to elicit, analyze, and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
• Methods and tools to develop a blueprint for the future state of IT, and develop the roadmap, aligning architecture and processes with business strategies and objectives
