About the Role:

We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Ecommerce Head of Operations who has a strong background in supply chain management, forecasting, and system building. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to create and refine operational systems, and strong decision-making abilities. You will complement the founder’s creative focus by handling the detail-oriented, analytical side of operations.

This is a full-time remote role.

We are looking for an Ecommerce Head of Operations, specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience in supply chain management and inventory forecasting.
• Background in managing operations for eCommerce brands between $10–30M/year in revenue.
• KPI-driven mindset and a good background in setting the KPIs where needed.
• Experience communicating with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to design, refine, and implement efficient company-wide systems.
• Comfortable making independent decisions while also collaborating on strategy.
