Responsibilities
- Conducting workshops to understand business processes and gather requirements.
- Setting up and configuring the Dynamics 365 F&O SaaS to meet specific business needs.
- Identifying differences between standard system functionality and client requirements.
- Developing functional design documents (FDDs) to outline system configurations and customizations.
- Articulate the Design to Developers by FDD and Customer Requirements
- Collaborating with technical teams to integrate Dynamics 365 Finance with other systems and tools.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure that configurations meet the requirements and are error-free.
- Conducting functional, data acceptance, and user acceptance testing, as well as providing user training and go-live support on system functionality and best practices.
- Providing ongoing support to users and resolving any issues that arise.
- Ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications.
- Create user manuals, training materials as needed and maintain documentation of system configurations and processes
Must-Have
- Strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Finance modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and other related areas.
- Good hands-on experience with implementing Dynamics Finance as a Functional consultant.
- Good Experience working on Finance modules.
- Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including experience with at least 1 full implementation cycle.
- Understanding of various business processes, particularly those related to finance and operations.
- Experience with intercompany activities, Experience with multiple legal entries management
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Working place : Madrid. Hybrid.
Working hours : 09 : 00-18 : 00 (including 1 hour lunch break)
