Job Title: Performance Video Editor

We are looking for a Performance Video Editor (Ads) who is passionate about branding, visual storytelling and digital content creation. This role is ideal for someone who loves crafting logos, building brand identities and designing visuals to bring articles and features to life.

Responsibilities
  • Creating short-form video ads and user-generated content that feels native to social platforms.
  • Turning scripts, ideas or rough footage into compelling video content.
  • Designing and editing visual ads that drive performance across Meta and other paid channels.
  • Ensuring visual consistency across various brands while staying creative with styles and formats.
  • Collaborating with performance creatives and designers to bring data-driven ideas to life.
  • Tracking how your videos perform using metrics like CTR, CPC and conversion rate, and improving based on insights.
Qualifications
  • Understanding what makes content convert and being comfortable working with basic performance metrics.
  • Being skilled in video editing tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Having experience creating content for paid social media campaigns, especially short, conversion-focused ads.
  • Being comfortable editing UGC-style videos, motion graphics or animation snippets.
  • Being familiar with Photoshop and Figma for visual and ad asset support.
  • Embracing feedback, experimenting with new formats and staying up-to-date with creative trends.
  • Being open to using AI tools as part of your workflow.
  • Managing your time and projects independently with a proactive and organized approach.
  • Communicating clearly in English.
