As part of this role, you will be joining a top-tier platform team responsible for creating a self-service platform for developers to interact using the latest state-of-the-art strategies and technologies. This platform will become the backbone of millions of requests within the job search ecosystem, integrating various applications such as frontends, backends, serving models, and training models.

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and AWS. The platform is built on GitOps principles, so expertise in this area is highly desirable.

Your tasks:
  • Participate in the company's cloud adoption to meet growing needs and build developer enablement solutions;
  • Empower teams to build, test, deploy, operate, and monitor software developments, breaking down silos across teams;
  • Be part of a cutting-edge platform engineering enablement team;
  • Migrate complex systems from on-premises to the public cloud;
  • Guide, coordinate, and support various teams across front-end and back-end layers in their cloud journey;
  • Create and help design guidelines and company cloud adoption principles.
Your skills:
  • Fluent in DevOps, GitOps, and CI/CD strategies, with tools such as ArgoCD;
  • Experience with GitHub or GitLab CI/CD, Linux administration, and AWS or other cloud providers;
  • Proficiency with tooling, automation, configuration management tools, and infrastructure-as-code frameworks (e.g., Crossplane, Terraform);
  • Experience in the Kubernetes ecosystem (Manifests, Deployments, Operators);
  • Knowledge of AWS technologies (OpenSearch, ElastiCache, SQS, SNS);
  • Basic understanding of AWS networking tools (VPC, Security Groups, TGW);
  • Team player attitude;
  • A desire to grow expertise, inform, and educate others.
