Formación

Are you passionate about turning data into growth strategies? We’re looking for a Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives, build predictive models, and deliver insights that drive performance across ecommerce and digital marketing channels.

Your Role:

As a Data Scientist, you’ll manage the full analytics workflow — from data ingestion and modeling to visualization and strategic recommendations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including ecommerce, CRM, and marketing to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy predictive models (forecasting, segmentation, time-series).

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Spark, Python, and Airflow.

• Work with BigQuery and other GCP tools to manage cloud data architecture.

• Create dashboards and visual reports using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Translate complex data into clear business insights for various stakeholders.

• Align data projects with business KPIs and support strategic planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Science / Predictive Analytics, ideally in ecommerce or digital environments.

• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy) and SQL (BigQuery a plus).

• Hands-on experience with Spark (Python/Scala), Airflow, and Git.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably GCP).

• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience building scalable, reusable data models and pipelines.
