You will support hardware racking, work with stakeholders to overcome project challenges, and require strong communication skills. A complete commitment to problem resolution and customer service is essential, along with a high school diploma and advanced English proficiency.

Formación

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in networking and dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution.
• Ability to operate efficiently under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Network Engineering & Network Project Manager teams.
• Manage work and priorities using a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove project obstacles.
• Troubleshoot networking and inter-connectivity issues.
• Specify power and cooling requirements for new equipment.

Conocimientos

Fluent or advanced level in English
