Formación

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Ideally experience in the IT or SaaS sector.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365 is a plus.

We´re on the lookout for a Danish-speaking Sales Development Representative whos passionate about connecting with people, growing in tech, and making an impact from day one.

What You´ll Be Doing:
  • Be the first point of contact for new clients and deliver an unforgettable first impression
  • Build and grow your own portfolio of customers while nurturing long-term relationships
  • Act as a trusted cloud advisor, helping companies unlock the full potential of modern cloud technologies
  • Partner with internal experts to identify, up-sell and cross-sell tailored solutions for small and medium businesses
  • Gather client insights and share their feedback youll be the Voice of the Customer inside our organization
What You Bring:
  • You´re fluent in Danish (C2) and comfortable in English
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success ideally in the IT or SaaS world
  • You´re tech-savvy and confident using CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.) and the Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (Azure, Modern Workplace, or BizApps)
