What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming user requests
• Resolving requests/incidents requiring higher technical knowledge
• Addressing requests related to products/apps like Soundtouch & Bose Music
• Maintaining knowledge of specific applications used by customers
• Proactively updating customers on status and resolution progress

Your qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are proficient or bilingual in German and have an advanced level of English
• Possess excellent customer care skills
• Have high IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music, and Audiovisual products
• Are familiar with Windows and Mac environments
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably technical support
• Have good communication, teamwork skills, flexibility, and stress resistance
