What You Will Do
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of international clients across multiple technical industries.
  • Handle a steady flow of global enquiries with speed precision and a focus on service excellence.
  • Own the end-to-end order and delivery workflow to minimise errors and accelerate timelines.
  • Solve operational issues proactively protecting revenue and strengthening the companys reliability.
  • Support Area Sales Managers across Europe the Americas and other key markets with disciplined coordination.
  • Contribute to an upcoming CRM transition and ongoing process improvements.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation standards to ensure accuracy and traceability.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and support account growth through exceptional service.
  • Operate independently when managers or commercial teams are travelling.
  • Help shape a strong team culture as the Barcelona export unit continues to scale.
What Good Looks Like (Requirements)
  • 25 years in export customer service inside sales or technical back-office roles.
  • Experience in industrial environments is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional rigour reliability attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Fast learner with initiative able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a humble service-oriented mindset.
  • Natural business acumen and understanding of how service quality supports revenue.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages (Italian German etc.) highly appreciated.
