About Our Client

Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in the Iberian market.
  • Oversee and manage all operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Prepare and present reports on market performance and operational outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the Iberian region. Full P&L ownership for Iberia (Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, Operational Profit)
  • Monitor performance against strategic objectives (top & bottom line)
  • Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies based on market analysis
  • Define pricing strategy and oversee contract management
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen market positioning in Iberia
  • Manage key accounts and support business development with existing clients
  • Coach and lead the Iberian commercial team
  • Collaborate with European headquarters and cross-functional teams
  • Work primarily from the Madrid office, with regular field visits
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience as a commercial leader with full P&L responsibility
  • Minimum 5 years in sales and people management within a healthcare or related setting
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
  • Deep understanding of the Iberian healthcare market
  • Experience in Hospital Products
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
  • Must be based in the Madrid region
