A leading technology company is seeking a Compute Team Lead to guide a team of engineers focused on creating scalable compute solutions. You will balance technical leadership with hands-on development, making key decisions about architecture and fostering a culture of engineering excellence. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of software engineering experience with a strong background in cloud platforms and Golang.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Proficient in Golang for backend systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of ~8 software engineers.
• Drive architectural decisions for the compute platform.
• Remain hands-on with code (50% of time).
• Design and optimize core compute services.
• Foster ownership and accountability within the team.
